Nebraska will have medical marijuana on their ballots for legalization in 2020. Nebraskans for Medical Marijuana has recently been rushing to get as many last-minute signatures as possible. If the ballot initiative passes Nebraska will join South Dakota and Mississippi for recent popular ballots. Jared Moffat, Nebraska for medical marijuana campaigns coordinator who Marijuana Policy Project, described them as “Chickens with their heads cut off, something like that.”
