MGC Pharmaceuticals aims to acquire 100% of the operating clinic-based assets, data, and intellectual property of Medicinal Cannabis Clinic Pty (MCC). MMC is Australia’s leading medicinal cannabis clinics and has an extensive doctor and patient network. MGC Pharma has officially signed a binding term sheet with Cinnamate Pty Ltd to acquire its MCC. According to reports, a new A will be formed to hold all the MCC assets, which will be wholly owned by MGC Pharma. The new company will attain state and federal licenses to allow for the import and distribution of medicinal cannabis products. MGC hopes the new acquirement will allow the company to continue providing increasingly affordable cannabinoid medications by entering the Australian supply chain.
