Mota Ventures Corp. announced it has entered into a binding agreement on July 21st, 2020, with Franchise Cannabis Corp to form a joint venture in Europe. The Joint Venture is set to sell and market Franchise-manufactured CBD, hemp, and cosmetic products in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Reports indicate that ownership interests in the European JV will be 50/50. While the Cannabis Franchise is set to manage the procurement and fulfillment of customer orders from European manufacturing facilities. While Mota Ventures will provide marketing and eCommerce operations infrastructure in the JV Territory.
