The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) issued a guidance memo on new cannabis products sold in dispensaries, including THC-infused slushies. At Fighting Flower Dispensary in Tulsa, customers can buy edibles, concentrates, drinks, flowers, and now THC-infused slushies. The Oklahoma regulatory agency warns on its website this month that “It is the OMMA’s position that marijuana-infused slushies are unlikely to meet requirements set forth in Oklahoma statutes and rules…”. However, OMMA has not threatened to prevent dispensaries from selling, so Fighting Flower plans to keep serving the drink.
