The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) reported it has launched investigations into three marijuana dispensaries for selling tainted cannabis flowers. In early March, the Department of Taxation and CCB directed all dispensaries in Nevada to immediately stop selling Cherry OG F3, which failed microbial laboratory testing. Furthermore, the CCB ordered dispensaries to destroy or return the affected product to the cultivators. Despite the CCB’s instruction, three dispensaries in the state allegedly retained their inventory of Cherry OG and resumed selling the product in May.
