On Wednesday, GTEC Holdings Ltd announced it has closed its previously announced upsized private placement offering led by Sprott Capital Partners LP. According to a press release, GTEC issued 11,582,869 units of the Company at a price of $0.55 per Unit for gross proceeds of $6,370,577.95. The aggregate gross proceeds raised include the full exercise by the Agent of its option to increase the size of the private placement by up to 25%.
