Lineage Grow Company Ltd announced it has entered an agreement with a Pennsylvania-based medical marijuana company to finance the Permit Fee associated with the Investee’s Grower/Processor application. Lineage has provided the Investee with USD $200,000 to finance the Permit Fee and in exchange, Lineage is entitled to 20% of the Investee’s common membership fees. If the Investee is not awarded the Permit, the Permit Fee shall be refunded to Lineage. Should the application be approved, Lineage and the Investee shall engage in negotiations regarding investment on behalf of Lineage to finance the construction, development, and operation facility in Duquesne, Pennsylvania.
