The lawsuit was on behalf of investors that Purchased Aurora Cannabis, Inc. securities between February 13, 2020, and September 4, 2020). Investors have until December 1, 2020, to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit. Aurora produces and distributes medical cannabis products worldwide. It is vertically integrated and horizontally diversified across various segments of the cannabis value chain, including facility engineering and design, cannabis breeding, genetics research, production, retail distribution and etc. Additionally, the complaint, filed on October 2, 2020, alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business, operational, and compliance policies.
