New Zealand Medical Cannabis company Greenfern Industries launched a campaign to raise NZ$4.0 million according to a press release published on October 29th. The funds raised will be used to purchase the hydropower plant near their facility in Taranaki, NZ. Greenfern has announced its intention to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) next year. The medical cannabis company Greenfern Industries chose the Equitae platform to launch its crowdfunding campaign. Equitise provides a crowdfunding platform for private investors to invest in early-stage and start-up companies.
