In July many workers in Nevada re-applied for licenses that would allow them to legally work in the cannabis industry. Fees and all the needed information are supposed to go to the Cannabis Compliance Board, a relatively new state regulatory agency that oversees the recreational marijuana industry. However, there is a large amount of backlog with the new regulatory body. Now, it’s November and many still don’t have their licenses and could face some hefty penalties.
