West Virginia regulators have awarded medical cannabis processor permits to ten companies. The ten companies that received the medical cannabis processor permits include multi-state operators. The companies are Trulieve WV Inc., Harvest Care Medical LLC, Buckhannon WV Processing LLC, Holistic WV Farms LLC, Verano WV LLC, Columbia Care WV LLC, Tariff Labs LLC, Armory Pharmaceutical Inc., Mountaineer Integrated Care Inc., and V3 WV GP LLC. The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Public Health, Office of Medical Cannabis.
