Persistence has paid off for an Israeli businessman and a UK lawyer after the London Stock Exchange issued its first-ever listing guidelines for cannabis firms. Roby Zomer, Co-Founder and Managing Director of MGC Pharmaceuticals, says the pending change sets-up the UK for a huge influx of cannabis capital.
