The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) is expected to vote on a proposal that would establish a means for independent, wholesale operators to deliver marijuana, no brick-and-mortar store needed. However, the proposal by commissioners has resulted in an outcry of disapproval from many citizens, dispensaries, and municipal officials. The CCC announced Tuesday the meeting planned for Thursday, at which regulators were to take a final vote on a suite of new regulations, has been postponed one month until Nov. 30 and that the agency will give people yet another chance to weigh in with comments on delivery plans.
