A Tennessee lawmaker is introducing a bill to put marijuana legalization on the 2022 ballot. Representative Bruce Griffey (R – District 75) introduced HB 1634. According to the bill, it will require county election commissions to include three non-binding questions related to the legalization of marijuana on the November 2022 ballot. The bill will also require the secretary of state to compile the results of the public policy opinion poll and forward the results to the members of the general assembly.
