Saint Lucia has begun to consider the economics of cannabis reform making the case for adult-use, among other reforms, as the country’s leaders consider how to shape legislation. National consultations in Saint Lucia are looking to study the cultivation of cannabis for domestic use and export. The Caribbean country is currently discussing plans to diversify its agricultural industry.
